سنتز و بررسی خواص رنگرزی یک ماده رنگزای اسیدی آبی مشتق از نفتالیمید بر روی الیاف پلی آمید

چکیده

در این تحقیق سنتز یک ماده رنگزای اسیدی از طریق دی‌آزوتاسیون 4-آمینو-9- متوکسی پروپیل نفتالیمید به روش نیتروزیل سولفوریک اسید و جفت‌شدن نمک دی‌‌آزونیوم حاصله با جی اسید گزارش شده است. ماده رنگزای سنتز شده خالص‌شده و به روش‌های دستگاهی از قبیل FTIR, 1HNMR, DSC و UV-VIS شناسایی گردید. این ماده برای رنگرزی الیاف پلی‌آمیدی به کار برده شده و خواص رنگرزی آن از قبیل قابلیت رنگرزی، خواص ثباتی و ویژگی‌های رنگی مورد ارزیابی قرار گرفته است. ماده رنگزای سنتز شده نشان داده است که قابلیت رنگرزی خوبی بر روی الیاف پلی‌آمید دارد و آن را به رنگ قرمز مایل به آبی رنگرزی می‌کند. ضمنا کالاهای رنگرزی شده نشان دادند که ماده رنگزای سنتز شده دارای خواص ثباتی نسبتا قابل قبولی بر روی الیاف پلی‌آمیدی است.

چکیده [English]

In this manuscript, synthesis of an acid dye by diazotization of 4-amino-9-metyoxypropyl naphthalimide with nitrosyl sulfuric acid and coupling with J-acid has been reported. The synthesized dye was purified and characterized by use of DSC, 1HNMR, FTIR and Uv-vis techniques. The synthesized dye was applied on polyamide fibers and its dyeing properties such as build up, fastness properties and color characteristics were investigated. The measured spectrophotometric attributes of dyed fibers showed that the synthesized dyestuff has a good build up and creates bluish red on polyamide fibers. In addition, assessment of fastness properties of dyed fibers showed that the synthesized dyestuff has relatively acceptable results on polyamide fibres.
