بررسی رابطه سنخ شخصیت و انتخاب رنگ‌ نما

چکیده

انتخاب رنگ نماهای مسکونی، یکی از تصمیمات مهم کارفرمایان در کل مراحل ساخت و ساز است که می‌تواند بازتابی از شخصیت و ترجیحات فردی کارفرما باشد. این پژوهش با روش توصیفی- تحلیلی و با هدف تبیین تأثیر گرایش‌های تیپ‌های شخصیتی کارفرمایان، در انتخاب رنگ نماهای مسکونی شخصی، در شهر شیراز انجام شده است. برای بررسی فرضیه، پیمایش روی 136 نفر از کارفرمایان منطقه دو شیراز که در بازه 1402-1401 برای ساخت به شهرداری مراجعه نموده‌اند، انجام شد. داده‌ها از طریق پرسش‌نامه‌ تعیین تیپ شخصتی مایرز (MBTI) و انتخاب تصویر نما با رنگ‌های مختلف، توسط جامعه آماری جمع‌آوری شد. سپس تحلیل فرضیه داده‌ها، در نرم‌افزار SPSS Statistics 27.0.1 با آزمون کایدو ، کرامر و تحلیل هم‌بستگی یا تحلیل تناظری صورت گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که رنگ سفید در تمام گروه‌ها محبوبیت بالایی دارد و همچنین تنوع و تفاوت‌های قابل توجه در ترجیحات رنگی بین گروه‌های مختلف است و توجه به این تفاوت‌ها، علاوه بر آسان‌سازی طراحی برای کارفرما و معمار طراح، به ارتقا رضایت و سلامت روانی ساکنان کمک می‌کند.

Investigating the Relationship Between Personality Type and Façade Color Choice

چکیده [English]

The choice of color for residential façades is one of the important decisions made by employers, which can be a reflection of the employer's personality and individual preferences. This study employed a descriptive-analytical method to investigate the influence of employers' personality type tendencies and their desire for residential façade colors in Shiraz. To examine, a survey was conducted on 136 employers in District 2 of Shiraz who had referred to the municipality for construction in the period 1401-1402. The statistical community collected data through the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) personality type determination questionnaire and the selection of façade images with different colors. Subsequently, the data hypothesis analysis was performed using In SPSS Statistics 27.0.1, Chi-square test, Cramér's V, and Correspondence analysis were performed. The results showed that the white color is highly popular in all groups, and there is also significant diversity and differences in color preferences between different groups. Paying attention to these differences, in addition to facilitating design for the client and the architect, helps improve the satisfaction and mental health of residents.
