No, the only way to submit the manuscripts to the Journal of JCST is through the account (login section in Journal's website), and the manuscripts sent to the email will not be considered in the reviewing process.
When the corresponding author registers in the journal system and receives the username and password, he/she could send the manuscript according to the "author guide" available on the JCST website.

No, the online publication represents the official publication of research results. As soon as the article is published online, it is citable and quotable. If changes are made, confusion can quickly arise, with authors citing different versions of the same publication. Thus, further changes can't be made after online publication in the paper.
No, students' manuscripts should be submitted in collaboration with universities and centers' professors and faculty members authorized by the Ministry of Science, Research and Technology. Journal of Studies in Color World will review the manuscripts of other specialists in color and coating science if approved by the editorial board.
Yes, other authors' contact information must be entered and completed in the Add Authors table during the article submission process.
No, the order of the names will be arranged and sent with the approval of all the authors according to his/her roles.
